4ever JOAN: Benefit Auction 2023

JOAN is a nonprofit contemporary art space in Los Angeles founded in 2015 that presents experimental practices from a queer and feminist perspective. Our 4ever JOAN Benefit Auction features work by over 60 artists, including Carmen Argote, Woody De Othello, Marley Freeman, Nikita Gale, Corita Kent, Sharon Lockhart, and Anna Sew Hoy, among many others.

All proceeds from the auction will go towards the many exciting programs, commissions, and publications coming up at JOAN, and will support JOAN’s mission to produce rigorous and critical programming that inspires audiences to gain insight into and deepen their understanding of various facets of culture and society, and to take a more active role in shaping the world they live in.

In conjunction with this online auction, JOAN has organized an in-person Benefit Party on Saturday, June 3rd, where all the works from the auction will be on display.

Bidding will be open exclusively on Artsy and will begin to close at 9:00am PDT (12:00pm EDT) on Monday, June 5, 2023.

All works will ship from Los Angeles, California. Shipping costs and all applicable fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact specialist@artsy.net for any inquiries.
