Amref Health Africa: Live Benefit Auction 2017

The Amref Health Africa ArtBall is a premier contemporary African art auction and philanthropic event on Saturday, May 6, 2017 in New York City. Legendary artist El Anatsui will be honored this year with the Rees Visionary Award for the way in which his work facilitates environmental advocacy, while at the same time elevates contemporary African art beyond Ghana and Nigeria, and into a global cross-cultural exchange. Amref Health Africa is the largest African-based NGO in the world with over 100 health-centered programs across 35 countries in sub-Saharan Africa, reaching close to seven million people a year.
