Crafts Council: Benefit Auction 2018

Bid in the Crafts Council’s Benefit Auction and help create opportunities for everyone to discover and develop their talent for making. The Crafts Council is a charity that advances craft in the UK and relies on public donations to deliver its work.

Your support will change the lives of millions of young people through the Crafts Council’s education and participation projects; ensure as many people as possible are inspired by encounters with contemporary craft; and support professional makers from all backgrounds to develop their talents and drive innovation.

The auction includes works by finalists from the 2017 Woman’s Hour Craft Prize, celebrating the most innovative and exciting craft practitioners in the UK today. Exhibited at the V&A earlier this year, the finalists’ works are now touring venues across the UK. This auction is a wonderful opportunity own works by these influential makers and help to support the future of craft.

All auction works are on display at Collect: The International Art Fair for Contemporary Objects, from 22-25 February 2018 at London’s Saatchi Gallery.

Bidding for the auction will close on February 26th at 5:00pm GMT (12:00pm ET).
