The Art of Elysium – #ARTHEALS 23 Years of Service: Benefit Auction 2020

Celebrating its 23rd year of service with the mission to use art to improve lives, The Art of Elysium (TAOE) is working to raise much-needed dollars to sustain Art Programs, as the nation responds to the COVID-19 pandemic. Proceeds from the auction which will support the areas TAOE serves: hospitalized youth, elders, the homeless community, veterans, special need and inner-city schools.

The Art of Elysium was founded in 1997 to support artists working for the benefit of others. For over two decades, we've paired volunteer artists with communities in need. Due to safer home restrictions and the high risk underlying medical issues of so many of the populations we serve, we have been unable to do in-person workshops and programs. Our solution is to provide our services virtually through Zoom and offer free online art lessons. We have many in our city who are incredibly vulnerable; revenue from this auction will help us ensure our mission continues and thrives despite this pandemic.

This auction is made possible by the generosity of our artists who have donated their work in support of our mission. Shepard Fairey has installed a public art installation on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles at The Hollywood Palladium in support of our 23rd anniversary.

To commemorate The Art of Elysium's 23 years of service, all winning bidders will receive an exclusive downloadable gift of art, courtesy of Shepard Fairey.
