In 2023, after ten years of experience as an artist and then as the director of a Paris gallery, Hamza Djelassi created H.D. Gallery - an acronym of his first and last name - to break down the barriers that still exist between the world of post-graffiti, street art, modern art and contemporary art. For Hamza Djelassi, the exhibition space is a place of dialogue between artists’ families, visitors and collectors. Its artistic direction, inspired by the passion of creation, arises from the encounter with an artist, a work, an artistic approach. Because the choice of artists he represents - never limited to a single medium, aesthetic or generation - lies in their human qualities, their shared values, their passionate relationship with art.
