This exhibition is a dialogue between two Asian contemporary artists about “life.” Yayoi Kusama from Japan uses polka dots to express her self-obliteration and to represent all creatures in the Universe. Thus, everyone in the Universe turns into and exists as micro polka dots. Ching-Lung Chen from Taiwan uses colored lines as the language to give expression to life. Within the flow of the colors, he creates a space, a pure realm on each painting as a spiritual refuge for the viewers.
