Material Alchemy: Part II explores the radical effect the Italian Arte Povera movement on art and design, exhibiting artworks that reject material hierarchies, demonstrate a formal honesty, and generate a new hybrid natural-industrial language.

Leading the show are new works from Italian artist, Vincenzo de Cotiis’ "Crossing Over" series, combining recycled fiberglass, reclaimed wood, and stromatolite- a pre-historic fossilized rock.
