Circuit Gallery is pleased to present a solo exhibition of new photographic work by Philip Cheung from his series Arctic Front, part of a larger project examining Canada's post-Afghanistan military operations. Here Cheung turns his lens North, to observe the Canadian Rangers, who, amidst shifting global environmental, social, economic and political pressures, are tasked with keeping watch over Canada’s Arctic frontier, which is increasingly becoming a front-line, as vulnerable as it is valuable.
