Crystal Bridges Museum of American announces the opening of ALFRED MAURER: ART ON THE EDGE, on view October 10, 2015, through January 4, 2016. The exhibition brings together 65 works by American artist Alfred Maurer, a prolific artist of the twentieth century and among the first Americans to embrace avant-garde styles such as Cubism, Fauvism, and abstraction. There is no cost to view the exhibition.
