In Ed van der Elsken Archives, Annet Gelink Gallery proudly presents Me and You, an
exhibition for which fashion and portrait photographer Mario Testino was
approached to make a selection of works from Ed van der Elsken’s archive and to
reflect on those. However, the project quickly evolved into a dialogue between Mario
Testino’s private snapshots and Ed van der Elsken’s street photography. Presenting
never before exhibited photos by Testino as well as lesser-known photographs by
Van der Elsken, Me and You explores the similarities between the photographic
