The project of the Fernández-Braso Gallery at ARCOlisboa 2019 focuses on two specific moments in the careers of each artist. From Broto, a series of works on paper produced in the current time, in which digital printing and painting coexist in the same plane, exemplifying the connections between art, technology and painting. From Sicilia, some works from his mythical series La luz que se apagaga (The light which is extinguished), which began at the end of the nineties and is now considered one of the high points of Spanish and European abstract painting in recent decades.
