Han Qin’s exhibition Little Images explores the concept of “home” as both a refuge and a restraint. Drawings, prints, videos, and site-responsive installations illustrate the artist’s search for belonging: personally, artistically, and culturally. Taking inspiration from Lee Krasner’s small-scale paintings of the 1940s, produced in her bedroom studio, this exhibition asks how works created under spatial, emotional, and psychological stress might provide opportunities for beauty and self-discovery.
