We are presenting two images of Jerusalem conceived at an interval of about a hundred years, the first one by the renowned Israeli photo artist PESI GIRSCH, born to holocaust survivors, Munich 1954, who emigrated to Israel in1968 and the second one by the art nouveau artist, printmaker and photographer, MOSES EPHRAIM LILIEN, born 1874 in Drohobycz, Galicia, who died 1925 in Badenweiler, Germany, particularly noted for his art on Jewish themes, who shot the icon photo-portrait of Herzl during the 6th Zionist Congress 1903 in Basel on the balcony of Hotel "Drei Koenige“.
