Hans Henrik Fischer (1978) is a master of the lowbrow genre. The focal point of his style is the mixture of the classic and caricatured cartoon. Fischer is fascinated by, among other things of examining whether we are born pure and innocent and then destroyed by outside influences, or whether we are born with evil within us. Hence his motifs with otherwise innocent children in more or less macabre scenes.
