Haukur Dór studied art at Edinburgh College of Art and the Royal Danish Academy in Copenhagen. He recieved further education at the Visual Art Center in Maryland, USA. Since his inaugural solo exhibition in 1963, Haukur Dór has showcased his work in numerous solo and collaborative exhibitions globally.
