Il Ponte is opening a new, physical exhibition dedicated to a set of works – Pietre (Stones) – made in the last two years by Renato Ranaldi. The artist, whose evolution the gallery has been following for many years, deals with this new material – “stone” – whether it is an architectural fragment, a piece of debris or an object trouvé, as a given element on which to work.
