I walk past a garden of deranged flowerbeds. The antennae of human bugs point to a cluster of empty condos. The mist is gathering thick in the street and I try to touch its flesh to no avail. The chrysanthemums look as pale as water. I want to leave this place. It doesn’t understand my eyes.
