Statement
This exhibition was developed from more than several years of my sketchbook designs and notes. Included in this body of work is an exploration into larger wood components and French beading techniques.

Afternoon Lattice is a colorful new collection of wall sculptures by Emily Wilson featuring stylized birds and creatures amidst natural settings. The pieces are comprised of carved, sanded, and painted wooden forms arranged on lyrical metal rod armatures.
