Please join us for the opening of Shuvinai Ashoona's solo exhibition at Madrona Gallery on November 3, 2018, 1-4pm. This exhibition of over 20 new drawings shows a continued evolution of her unique
style. Since her last solo exhibion at Madrona Gallery in 2014, there are various new
motifs, such as the tenticle and intestine imagery. Other well known imagery of globes,
rock forms, people of Kinngait are featured through out the exhibition to create
remarkable works that comment on the artists life, history, imagination and dreams.
