Join Matthew Quick and the Nanda\Hobbs team for the opening of This Used To Be The Future on Thursday 17 October, 6-8pm at 12-14 Meagher Street, Chippendale, NSW.
The works are not only a unique amalgamation of the tradition of landscape painting and surrealism, but are filled with metaphors and stories that the viewer is invited to explore and extrapolate. Thematically, the pictures look at how previous generations believed the future would be, compared with the realities of the present day.
The exhibition runs from 10 - 26 October, 2019
