'AFTERMATH: A Year of Desire' This summer pack your swimsuit and join us in sunny Crete for the highly anticipated group show ‘AFTERMATH: A Year of Desire’ at the RedD Gallery; featuring exciting new works from Greece, France, Denmark, Australia, and the UK created by artists Dimitri Likissas, Clemence Vazard, Thorbjorn Bechmann, Aline Alagem, George Raftopoulos, Danny Augustine, Hedley Roberts, and Andrea Tyrimos. Stunning Paintings, Prints, and Sculptures will be prominently showcased in our space in Chania for the entire months of July and August for the first post-lockdown exhibition of the season! We are also excited to announce our collaboration with the award winning MTArt Agency for this exhibition and the production of two new artworks by London based Andrea Tyrimos, focused on raising mental health awareness during the pandemic. “If you can work from anywhere, why not work from Greece?” - FT Magazine article: “Are superstar employees about to be offshored?” This year we have also launched our inaugural bespoke RedD Art Retreat program in Chania. Aware of the challenges everyone has faced during lockdown in combination with the rise of remote working around the globe we wanted to give our guests the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of big city life, and immerse themselves in art and nature on the island of Crete. The RedD Gallery specializes in contemporary art and represents a number of international artists, showcasing works from a generous scope of emerging and renowned visual artists with a mixture of both Virtual & Physical Exhibitions throughout the year.
