Statement
Our feature includes a pieces from Dawoud Bey's latest series, In This Here Place. The images were made in and around the landscapes of five plantations in Louisiana: Destrehan, Evergreen, Laura, Oak Alley, and Whitney, in which the history of enslavement still hangs in the air.
