Solo presentation of Korean artist, Kim Taek Sang titled "Breathing Light"

Kim Taek Sang is the center person of 2nd generation of “Dansaekhwa (Korean Monochrome Painting)” art movement. His work consists of actual traces of water and it contains passage of time. Created deliberately with plenty of time, covered with many layers of gentle colors, his works give the sense and notion of "maturity" or "ripeness". Kim Taek Sang was born in Seoul in 1958. Got M.F.A. from Hong-ik University, Seoul in 1987. Currently living and working in Ilsan.
