This is Not A Doll’s House is the fifth edition of the annual exhibition series, Women Pulling at the Threads of Social Discourse. The second edition of the series: The Flag Show has previously traveled and was shown at MoCA Westport (2022) and is currently in Wisconsin at the Jewish Museum Milwaukee. For this current edition, the exhibition draws inspiration from and responds to the historical connotations of the term "doll," which has long been used to describe compliant yet superficially attractive young women.
