Reinventing Materiality explores how many successful contemporary artists exploit limitations and extend beyond known conceptual territories in order to heighten the relationship between the viewer and the art object.

Participating artists include: Ronald Muchatuta (Zimbabwe), Gideon Appah (Ghana), Lee-at Meyerov (SA), Lizette Chirrime (Mozambique), Ndabuko Ntuli, (SA) Restone Maambo (Zambia), Keiskamma Trust (SA), Vivien Kohler (SA), Modisa Motsomi (Botswana) and Kenny Nkosi (SA).
