Winston Wächter Fine Art, New York is excited to announce its first solo exhibition by artist Etsuko Ichikawa. Featuring hypnotic, glowing glass sculptures and elegant, burnt paper drawings alongside a dreamlike film, Vitrified is a meditation on water, fire, earth, and radioactivity.

In one series, “Leaving a Legacy,” Ichikawa looks to antique Japanese glassware and the 2011 nuclear disaster at Fukushima.
