Working in her farmhouse studio upstate in the Hudson Valley, artist Catherine Howe is no stranger to the sense of retreat and healing that isolation can bring. Her work is inspired by her natural surroundings which offer the calm and balance that is often missing from life in the city.

Reflecting upon the struggles and triumphs of the natural world, Catherine has used the time in quarantine to create new works which Winston Wachter is thrilled to offer as a symbol of renewal and a return to life.
