In 'The Underground Series,’ Boyd takes a sideways look at some of London's tube stations. A set of works filled with humour, the images explore the iridescent potential of lenticular photography in capturing animated photographs which flicker as the viewer walks past. Boyd first came to lenticular photography in 1985, when the painstaking optical medium drove him to create his own holographic worlds by hand.
