Roseberys: Prints & Multiples

In addition to Artsy’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Artsy Terms”), the Roseberys General Terms, (the “Roseberys Terms”) apply to all bidders that register for and/or bid in the Roseberys: Prints & Multiples through Artsy, except as limited below. In the event of a conflict between the Artsy Terms and the applicable Roseberys Terms, the Roseberys Terms will prevail.

Roseberys Terms Exclusions:
-Section 2(a) is excluded in its entirety
-Section 10(c) (Telephone Bids) is excluded in its entirety
-Section 10(d)
-You will be considered a “registered bidder” under the Roseberys Terms once you have successfully completed Artsy’s registration procedures for the Auction. You will not be required to register separately with Roseberrys to bid in the auction through Artsy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may be required to complete some or all of Roseberrys’ registration procedures in order to complete your purchase in the event you place a successful bid.
