Dreweatts Auctions: 28 South Street: The Mayfair Home of Fatima & Eskandar Maleki

In addition to Artsy’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Artsy Terms”), the Dreweatts Conditions of Sale including the Dreweatts Online Auction Terms, (the “Dreweatts Terms”) apply to all bidders that register for and/or bid in the Dreweatts Auctions: 28 South Street: The Mayfair Home of Fatima & Eskandar Maleki through Artsy, except as limited below. In the event of a conflict between the Artsy Terms and the applicable Dreweatts Terms, the Dreweatts Terms will prevail.

Dreweatts Terms Exclusions:
-Sections on Bidding, Bidding in Person, Commission Bids and Absentee Bids are excluded in its entirety.
-Sections on Bidding Procedures or references to online bidding platforms or services other than Artsy do not apply.
-You will be considered a “registered user” under the Dreweatts Terms once you have successfully completed Artsy’s registration procedures for the Auction. You will not be required to register separately with Dreweatts to bid in the auction through Artsy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may be required to complete some or all of Dreweatts’ registration procedures in order to complete your purchase in the event you place a successful bid.
