Vanguarts Auctions: Contemporary First

In addition to Artsy’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Artsy Terms”), the Vanguarts Conditions of Sale, (the “Vanguarts Terms”) apply to all bidders that register for and/or bid in the AUCTION NAME through Artsy, except as limited below. In the event of a conflict between the Artsy Terms and the applicable Vanguarts Terms, the Vanguarts Terms will prevail.

Vanguarts Terms Exclusions:
-All references to a “Bidding Platform” shall only apply to the extent that Bidding Platform is Artsy.
-You will be considered “registered” to bid online under the Vanguarts Terms once you have successfully completed Artsy’s registration procedures for the auction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may be required to complete some or all of Vanguarts’ registration and verification procedures in order to complete your purchase in the event you place a successful bid.

-Section 11 (Consequences of Late Pick-Up or Shipment)
-Vanguarts charges an additional 3.9% for payments made by credit card and an additional 4.5% for payments made by PayPal.
