Phillips: David Hockney

In addition to Artsy’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Artsy Terms”), the Phillips Conditions of Sale, including all Authorship Warranty attached thereto (collectively, the “Phillips London Terms”) apply to all bidders that register for and/or bid in the Phillips: David Hockney through Artsy, except as limited below. In the event of a conflict between Artsy’s Conditions of Sale and the applicable Phillips London Terms, the Phillips London Terms will prevail.

Phillips London Terms Exclusions:

• The following portions of Section 4 (Bidding at Auction) are excluded in their entirety:
  • Section 4(a)
  • Section 4(b)
  • Section 4(c)
  • Section 4(d)
  • Section 4(g)
  • Section 4(h)
• Section 4(e) and Section 4(f) apply only to the extent bids are made through Artsy. All references to absentee bidding, telephone bidding, and online bidding (via a service other than Artsy) do not apply.
• You will be considered a “registered” to bid online under the Phillips London Terms once you have successfully completed Artsy’s registration procedures for the auction. You will not be required to register separately with Phillips to bid in the auction through Artsy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may be required to complete some or all of Phillips’s registration procedures in order to complete your purchase in the event you place a successful bid.

• Phillips does not accept credit card payments (American Express, Visa and Mastercard) for purchases over £30,000.
