Heritage: Contemporary Art Within Reach

In addition to Artsy’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Artsy Terms”), the Heritage Terms and Conditions of Auction, including all Additional Terms and Conditions attached thereto (collectively, the “Heritage Terms”) apply to all bidders that register for and/or bid in the Heritage: Contemporary Art Within Reach through Artsy, except as limited below. In the event of a conflict between the Artsy Terms and the applicable Heritage Terms, the Heritage Terms will prevail.

Heritage Terms Exclusions:

The following Sections are excluded in their entirety:

• Sections 5
• Section 6
• Section 8-12
• Section 20
• Section 30

You will be considered a “registered client” under the Heritage Terms once you have successfully completed Artsy’s registration procedures for the auction. You will not be required to register separately for an Heritage account or establish credit with Heritage to bid in the auction through Artsy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may be required to complete some or all of Heritage’s registration procedures in order to complete your purchase in the event you place a successful bid.

• Buyer’s Premium - Section 2
  • 25% on the first $1,000,000 (minimum $49), 20% of any amount between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, and 15% of any amount over $5,000,000 per lot.
• Delivery, Shipping and Handling Charges - Section 35
• Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover only) is subject to approval by Heritage.
• Heritage charges an additional 2.5% fee for the use of credit cards.
