Art Toronto is delighted to present PLATFORM, our engaging series of lectures and panel discussions from prominent art world figures, including Power Talks, organized in partnership with The Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery. Discover what’s happening on the international scene from artists, writers and curators and get inspired to build your art collection in this comprehensive line up of talks on the new PLATFORM stage.

Christiane Fischer, President and CEO of AXA Art Americas in conversation with Robert K. Wittman, former Senior Investigator and Founder of the FBI’s National Art Crime Team. Fischer will probe stories behind astonishing true cases and successful recoveries led by Mr. Wittman and his team.

Carlos Amorales’ large scale installation, Black Cloud, currently on view at The Power Plant, consists of 30,000 black moths cut out of paper. Amorales will address Black Cloud within the context of his artistic practice including his Liquid Archive, a digital database of images he has been building since 1998.
