Art advisor Simone Joseph selects outstanding works from Intersect Palm Springs

------

I have a passion for connecting people with art. Every viewer looks for a doorway to enter into a work of art. Mine is often through drawing. The immediacy of the line has a powerful influence. The ability of an artist to manipulate such a simple gesture, to push the way we look and even think is profound. Drawing is a fundamental tool for contemplation and observation, an intimate device to challenge the viewer to expand and even alter their perspectives. Each of these artists explores the act of drawing in their respective and unique ways through painting, works on paper, collage and design.
