Remembering Editta Sherman

We were sad to read that Editta Sherman, portraitist and doyenne of Carnegie Hall Studios, died yesterday at 101.

Photographs of Sherman modeling for Bill Cunningham's Façades Project will be the subject of an exhibition next Spring at the New-York Historical Society.
