TEFAF New York Spring 2017 - Meet the Expert: Emmanuel Di Donna

At TEFAF New York Spring 2017, we spoke with Emmanuel Di Donna on a bronze art work of Salvador Dalí.

Conceived in porcelain and mixed media in 1933 and cast in bronze with mixed media in 1977 in an edition of 8 plus 4 artist's proofs. Max Clarac-Sérou (Galerie du Dragon, Paris) signed a contract in 1973 with Salvador Dalí to publish an edition of all of Dalí's objects. The authenticity of this work has been confirmed by Robert Descharnes.  

Dalí was a skilled draftsman, best known for the striking and bizarre images in his surrealist work.
