In business for over 50 years, Jim Bakker celebrates the 9th season of Bakker Gallery. The gallery specializes in American art with an emphasis on works by artists associated with the Provincetown Art Colony created over the past 120 years.
James R. Bakker, at the age of fifteen, opened the doors to his first antiques shop on June 25, 1968. Over the next fifty years, Bakker had galleries in Littleton, Cambridge, Boston, and Provincetown. This year celebrates the 9th season of Bakker Gallery, a gallery specializing in American art with an emphasis on works by artists associated with the Provincetown Art Colony created over the past 120 years. Bakker also conducts online auctions throughout the year featuring historic and contemporary Cape and Provincetown art.
