FLXST Contemporary represents and exhibits exceptional contemporary art. Its art program emphasizes the work of contemporary Asian diasporic and queer artists. It also shows promising artists from intersectional communities with socio-engaged practices.

FLXST is a contemporary fine art gallery that relocated to Tucson in 2024 after five years in Chicago. In its new location, the gallery emphasizes refined curation and the elevation of rising and midcareer artists. Its strengths are in contemporary Asian diasporic and queer art, but it also shows promising artists located in intersectional communities. FLXST believes in transparency, equity, and accessibility in the art world. Since 2019, it has fostered a loyal community of artists, guest curators, and patrons. The gallery has placed artwork in important collections and museums.
