Based in Johannesburg, Gallery Fanon exhibits; collects and nurtures innovative Pan African Contemporary Art and culture through the promotion of Young Contemporaries, established artists and innovative cross- collaborative projects across Southern Africa.
Gallery Fanon is an accessible, welcoming hub rooted in the cultural neighborhood of Maboneng, located in the former Museum of African Design (MOAD).
The Gallery is at its defining genesis -exhibiting, collecting and nurturing innovative Contemporary Art through promotion of young contemporaries, established artists and innovative projects across Southern Africa.
Gallery Fanon also supports an Artist in Residency program which supports global cross-cultural collaborations.
