Hedges Projects was founded by Jim Hedges to collect, promote and produce artworks by leading 20th century conceptual, Pop artists and self-taught Outsider artists. In particular, Hedges has acquired and sold more Andy Warhol photography than any other collector / dealer in the world. Hedges has mounted dozens of shows of works by Warhol around the world for institutions, galleries, and art fairs. Hedges also deals in works by leading conceptual artists and is the successor to Rising Fawn Folk Art, the former gallery of Jimmy Hedges, III, one of the world's leading collectors of Outsider Art. The Jimmy Hedges Papers on Outsider Art are part of the permanent collection of the Archive for American Art at The Smithsonian Museum.
