The Los Angeles Center of Photography (LACP) strives to build a community of dedicated photographers and to strengthen the importance of photography as an art form by providing education, scholarships, grants and public programs focused on youth and low-income families.
The Los Angeles Center of Photography (LACP) is a non-profit center hosting classes, workshops, lectures, reviews, exhibitions, mentorships and other events for photographers of all ages and skill levels. LACP strives to build a community of dedicated photographers and to strengthen the importance of photography as an art form. LACP also provides photography instruction to over 100 Los Angeles children through its Boys & Girls Club free after-school program and offers personalized mentorship for at-risk teens through the Spark Program.
