Samuel Freeman

Samuel Freeman gallery traces a legacy from 1979 when the Asher/Faure gallery was founded on Santa Monica Boulevard. Over the next 40 years, the gallery witnessed the rise of a global art market and international fair circuit, the emergence of internet sales and social media, and the professionalization of the fine art studio. Along the way, Asher/Faure became Patricia Faure Gallery, then Samuel Freeman gallery, with a experimental stint as Iris Project and Iris Project residency in Venice. In 2022 we paused retail operations to raise a family, maintaining an active inventory of works for loan or sale, both online and by appointment.
