VELYCHKO.GALLERY

VELYCHKO.GALLERY is a nomadic format gallery based in Cyprus with its own international art-residency CARV.  ▫️Started in 2022 as the very result of its founder's Viktoriia Velychko's awareness of contemporary art as a reflection of common social pain points, the gallery fosters critical dialogue and encourages a broader understanding of contemporary artistic practices by showcasing a range of artists from Cyprus, Ukraine and other countries.  ▫️We curate 1 or 2 major group exhibitions annually as a follow-up results of the residencies in Cyprus. And also conduct out some solo-duo projects-satellites around the world, focusing on conceptual art and the thought-provoking artworks that ruminate social issues artists raise with their unique approach.  ▫️Currently presents works of 8 artists.
