Jesús Rafael Soto, Carlos Cruz-Diez, Antonio Asis and Abraham Palatnik have a lot in common: they are all Latin Americans of the same generation and created abstract art of a concrete nature, more precisely kinetic art – which involves light and movement, in addition to relying on the participation of the spectators.
