In the 1960s, Andy Warhol started the Pop art revolution. From experiments in screenprinting self-portraits and ordinary symbols, to "Campbell’s Soups" and "Marilyn Monroe", the 1960s saw some of Warhol’s most iconic output.

In the 1970s, Warhol dove deep into celebrity portraiture and commissioned artworks. This decade saw Warhol exploring his entrepreneurial spirit with brand-expanding projects like Interview Magazine, plus iconic portraits of Mick Jagger, Muhammad Ali, and many other socialites.
